Client has several offices nationwide, staff travelling to and from the various offices and dealing with clients in different areas, resulting in a requirement for a combination of bed & Breakfasts, lodges and Hotels. We did an analysis of the geographic locations and trends. We analysed the patronage frequency, the rates applied, the distances from the locations where meetings were physically to be held and utilized this information to be able to draw up an optimized view of the accommodation to be utilized and to put together a plan that allowed for significant savings around cost and around time to be included as part of the travel policy
