CODE OF ETHICS
Based on these values, KuTh formulated our Code of Ethics, and all our consultants and employees are expected to apply and uphold the following principles:
The integrity of our staff establishes trust and provides the basis for reliance on our judgment.
1.1 We perform our work with honesty, diligence, and responsibility.
1.2 We observe the law and make disclosures expected by the law and our professions.
1.3 We will not knowingly be a party to any illegal activity, or engage in acts that are discreditable to the organisation.
1.4 We respect and contribute to the legitimate and ethical objectives of the company.
KuTh exhibits the highest level of professional objectivity in gathering, evaluating, and communicating information about the activity or process being examined. Our team makes a balanced assessment of all the relevant circumstances and are not influenced by our own interests or by others in forming judgments.
2.1 We will not participate in any activity or relationship that may impair or be presumed to impair our unbiased assessment. This participation includes those activities or relationships that may be in conflict with the interests of the company.
2.2 We will not accept anything that may impair or be presumed to impair our professional judgment.
2.3 We will disclose all material facts known to us that, if not disclosed, may distort the reporting of activities under review.
KuTh respects the value and ownership of information we receive and do not disclose information without appropriate authority, unless there is a legal or professional obligation to do so.
3.1 We will be careful in the use and protection of information acquired in the course of our duties.
3.2 We will not use information for any personal gain or in any manner that would be contrary to the law or detrimental to the legitimate and ethical objectives of the company.
KuTh applies the knowledge, skills, and experience needed in the performance of its services.
4.1 We will engage only in those services for which we have the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS TO ENSURE IMPARTIALITY
Conflicts of Interest
We will avoid any relationship or activity that might impair, or even appear to impair, our ability to make objective and fair decisions when performing our work.
Gifts, Gratuities and Business Courtesies
KuTh is committed to competing solely on the merit of our services. We will avoid any actions that create a perception that favourable treatment from any outside entity is sought, received or given in exchange for personal business courtesies.
Business courtesies include gifts, gratuities, meals, refreshments, entertainment or other benefits from persons or companies with whom KuTh does or may do business. We will neither give nor accept business courtesies that constitute, or could reasonably be perceived as constituting, unfair business inducements.
Bribes and Corrupt Practice
Under no circumstances does KuTh allow the direct or indirect offer, payment, solicitation, or acceptance of bribes in any form. Any consultant or employee found to be involved in any kind of corrupt practice is likely to be immediately dismissed and may well have committed a criminal act which could lead to prosecution.
